Sometimes, I Read & Write

Not that what's absorbed makes sense immediately and what's scribbled out does either. It's an epic process that takes a lifetime, sometimes, maybe, which is really no time at all.  This process reveals itself in little epiphanies that jolt us from time to time.

... mentioned a while back that it was a kind of distillation process. I forgot to mention the fermentation, making fine Kimchi (maybe Hugo's recipe - we picked up the conversation yesterday that trailed off in 2006.) I make my Kimchi like a do yoghurt, it's a kind of goulosh. The mixing and almagation is most times startlingly good.

Let the good bacteria/time do their/its work.
