If you think/feel it takes too much time then think/feel of it this way, ninety percent of the work you already did in your head and have participated in daily life.
The remaining 10% effort this. If that's still not enough, we'll post the beautiful thought for you and name it for you e.g. E-mails from Frank.
It doesn't matter what language you speak as long as you speak one or some. There's Google translator and infinite possibilities in miscommunication.
